Automated ELR End of Line Testing Rig

PROJECT OUTLINE

To create a fixture to test the tilt & webbing acceleration/ locking functions of ELR’s to ECE R16. The fixture to:

  • Eliminate operator variance
  • Reduce operator fatigue
  • Be simple to use so as to afford us the ability to move operators around
  • Provide for test data logging & analysis
  • Allow us to link tested parts to results
  • Have touch screen operation
  • Have light sensistive safety sensors
