With five production sites in southern England Securon is the leading manufacturer of safety belts and restraints in the UK, supplying safety restraints worldwide for both original equipment and aftermarket use in all the market sectors shown on the website.

Securon designs our own products and manufactures them to meet or exceed International and Customer standards. Continuing to be family-owned Securon has grown to employ more than 150 staff across its five production sites.

Securon has in house manufacturing capability including metal stamping and plastic moulding. This allows us to respond quickly to customer needs and the additional advantage of in house component manufacture is that we can offer a flexibility and proactivity not available when bought in components are required for assembly.

Recently celebrating its 50th anniversary Securon was founded in 1973 by Ronnie Proctor after selling the Britax family safety belt business.
Founded on the principal that the best way to get the quality we and our customers expect is to do it ourselves, Securon manufactures virtually all our own parts, giving us exceptional control over our quality and the ability design products in conjunction with our customers to react quickly to market demands.

Securon has always been an international business, selling more than 80% of our production outside the UK. Our customers span around all corners of the world and we are well versed in meeting specific market demands.
