The new product provides all the benefit of a LAP BELT plus a *DIAGONAL BELT* to restrain the upper body. Suitable for adults and children. Retracts for safety, ease of use and tidiness. Approved to the latest European Standard. For cars with only a lap belt or no belt in this position.
This new product makes a major contribution to Road Safety by providing the centre rear passenger the same level of restraint as other passengers. It uses the anchorage points of the lap belt with one additional fabricated anchorage point. Thereby maintaining the integrity of the lap belt and providing the additional safety of the diagonal across the upper body. The product (Part number 294) can be installed by a competent mechanic. Priced at £95.70 including processing, packaging, carriage and taxes within the EU. Outside the EU there is a £40 surcharge.
